- Add the 2 carrots, half the beans and liquid, onions, garlic, potatoes, celeriac, stock cube and water into a saucepan and boil until all cooked.
- Allow to cool for 30 minutes then blend all together.
- Return to the heat and add the pasta, carrots and spring onions as well as the rest of the beans. Cooked for a further 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Season with salt and olive oil at the very end.
