Place sausage in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Remove sausage with a slotted spoon, leaving the drippings in the pan. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in cooked sausage.

  1. Take your clean pan then place your sausages in it the pour a small amount of water in it also cover the pan let it cook until it's brown and cooked perfectly inside out.

  4. As it is browning and frying then add your onion then cover the pan again. Let it cook for few minutes
  5. Then mix your tomatoes with tomato sauce, and chutney then pour it over the sausages and onion.
  6. Stir and let it cook slowly.
  7. Prepare your soups in a small cup and water the add it then the sausage and gravy thickens slowly but surely.
  8. My lunch is served with mashed potatoes, spinach caramelised carrots and sausages.

Remove sausage with a slotted spoon, leaving the drippings in the pan. Season with salt and pepper, and stir in cooked sausage. If gravy becomes too thick, stir. Gravy can mean a lot of things. For many, it's the rich brown sauce served alongside poultry.
