  6. Prepare 5 large Red fresh pepper
  7. Take 1 cup Crayfish
  8. Take 1 Seasoning cube(knorr)
  9. Take Salt
  10. Take 1 large bulb Onions
  11. Make ready 1 milk cup Red oil

Instructions to make Egusi soup:
  1. Wash kpanla and kpomo and place in a clean pot. Add seasoning cube, Sliced Onions and salt,add one and half cup of water and cook for 5minutes
  2. Add Red oil to the fish and cook for 2minutes
  3. Grind fresh pepper together with native seasoning, onions and crayfish. Add the mixture to the fish and stir
  4. Add the Onga seasoning powder, stir. Cook for 5minutes
  5. Add grounded melon to the soup without stirring and leave for 3minutes. Then stir to make melon seed visible and cook for another 3minutes
  6. Add already washed and cut bitter leaf to the soup and stir. Cook for 3minutes and bring down.
  7. Serve with pounded yam or garri.
