  3. Add little salt and curry leaves
  4. Saute until onions are completely soft and medium browned
  5. Add ginger garlic paste and saute until raw aroma goes away
  6. Add spice powders and mix well
  7. Add chopped tomatoes and saute until mushy
  8. Add coriander leaves and marinated chicken. mix well
  9. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally until cooked.
  10. Increase the heat, Water should completely evaporate
  11. Add 2 tbsp oil and further dry roast or leave it slightly moist. Serve hot with Rice, Pathri or Parottas
