- Mix 2 teaspoon red chilli powder and garlic powder in fresh clean raw fish, add garlic paste and salt as per taste.
- In pan put turmeric oil and fry the raw fish appropriately one by one.After fry,keep all fried fish in a separate plate.
- Put some oil in pane and once it become hot put bay leaves and fenugreek and keep it for a minute.Then put the paste of raw mustard in it.After mixing the paste of raw mustard put tomato and the 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and red chilli powder each. Prepare the whole mixture for next 10 minutes on medium flame.
