Instructions to make Steamed Bread Roll:
- In a pan add oil,chilli powder,Garam masala,salt and dry mango powder.
- Now add capsicum,corn, mushrooms, paneer and potatoes.
- Mix well and cook for two minutes and keep aside.
- Now take a bowl and add gram flour, turmeric powder,salt,oil.
- Add few water and mix well.make the batter in flowing consistency and keep aside.
- Now take a bread.cut off the sides and roll it thin.
- Now spread tomato sauce on the bread evenly.spread vegetables mixture on the bread slice evenly.
- Roll the bread tightly.Take some water and seal it properly.
- Dip it in the gram flour batter and cover it properly.
- Firstly grease the steamer with oil.then Place it in the kadhai steamer.cover the kadhai and steam on high flame for 4-5 minutes.after 5 minutes check it cooked properly.
- Now cut the rolls in round shape.
- In a heat up kadhai add oil, mustard seeds and Curry leaves.
- Now add rolls and cook for two to three minutes.
- Take out from the kadhai and Serve hot with tomato sauce.Our rolls are ready to serve.
