- Prepare 1 liter Neutral tomato sauce ( not the store bought jarred type )
- Prepare 500 ml 35 % cream
- Make ready 1/2 cup sweet butter
- Make ready 1 cup finely diced white onion
- Prepare 2 tbsp curry paste
- Take 2 tbsp Garam masala
- Prepare 1 tbsp sweet paprika or hot
Indian Butter chicken is made with shredded chicken and loads of butter and cream.
