Instructions to make Besan Curry:
- Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and garlic to a grinder
- Make a smooth paste
- Take a pan, heat some oil in it. Then add the paste to it.
- Now add salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder to it.
- Cook the paste for some time.
- To make the curry, add water to the pan.
- Let it cook for sometime. Keep it aside.
- Take a bowl full of besan, add water and spices to it. Mix the batter
- Take a tawa and make a besan childa from the batter.
- Fold the childa on the tawa. Take it on a plate. Cut some pieces out of it.
- Now take the first curry pan on heat and put the besan pieces in it.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Your Besan curry is ready……
While the curry is cooking, cut the tomato and add to the pan. When potato feels soft, add fried besan to the curry. Besan ki sabzi is a curry we make for festive occasions.
