- Method….2 cup idli rava 1 cup rice half cup urad Dal soaked it for 6 to 8 hours…washed it…& Grind it fine batter…add pinch of soda mix well & lid covered it for 6 to 8 for farmatation…after that when idli batter is prepared first half add salt…& Oil greased it add idli batter..steam it for 10 minutes… ready to serve
- In mixie jar add coconut green chillies ginger coriander leaves add water..grinds it fine add salt lemon juice.. heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds curry leaves..put tadka in coconut chutney..serve with idli.. enjoy
