  1. In a kadhai, pour oil. Once it is heated, add mustard seeds, chana dal and curry leaves. Then add chopped onion, tomato and green chillies to it. Fry it.
  2. Take besan flour in a bowl and add needed water to make it to a liquid consistency.
  3. Now pour this to the kadai and mix well.
  4. Allow to boil until the raw smell of besan goes off.
  5. Add needed salt and allow to cook. Once raw smell goes off, switch off the flame. Simple tasty besan curry is ready to serve.

While the curry is cooking, cut the tomato and add to the pan. When potato feels soft, add fried besan to the curry. Besan ki sabzi is a curry we make for festive occasions.
