In a pan put little oil and make vaghaar of fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves and cumin seeds, as it splutters, add papaya, turmeric powder and salt with 1/2 cup water and cook on low flame, when papaya almost done add carrots, mango and chillies and cook little more… - when done add besan mixture keep medium flame stir till it's paste like remove from flame…
