Curry Mee/Curry Laksa is a dish that's full of flavours-slightly creamy soup infused with coconut milk, the spiciness of the chilli and fragrance of spices; never fails to satisfy my appetite to have it for breakfast or lunch. - Then stir well. Cook for another 10min in medium heat. Add in the coconut milk. Let it boiled for another 10min.
- Then turn the heat into lower heat. Cook for another 25min, then is ready.
Rinse the yellow noodles and bean sprouts separately, drained and set aside. To assemble a bowl of laksa for serving, bring to boil some yellow noodles and a handful of bean sprouts. Drain the noodles and bean sprouts and transfer to a serving bowl. This dish often has a variety of noodles to choose from including flat rice noodles, vermicelli, or yellow noodles. Curry Laksa is a more common name around Kuala Lumpur or any Southern parts of Malaysia while Northern Malaysia refers to it as Curry Mee.
