- Prepare 2 cubed potatoes
- Prepare 2 drumsticks long cut

Instructions to make Mixed Veg Kurma:
- In a vessel add oil, add rai and curry leaves and add cubes of potatoes. Add water, salt and boil and cook the potatoes till slightly done.
- Wash the vegetables, add them into vessel along with potatoes. Add water and cook on low flame till the vegetables are cooked.
- Take coconut, jeera and green chillies and grind it.
- Once the vegetables are cooked add this masala to the vegetables, and boil it.
- Add curds and mix well.
- Take oil in a small bagar pan, add oil, rai, curry leaves and whole red chillies. Heat and add to the vegetables. Cook the kurma well.
- Serve along with Parotta or rice.
