Steps to make Cauliflower/Gobhi 65:
  1. Blanch cauliflower florets in hot water with a pinch of turmeric powder and rock salt for 5 minutes. Strain in cold water and set aside.
  2. Take a bowl and add 6 tbsp besan flour, 3 tbsp rice flour, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 2 tbsp of saunf powder, a bunch of chopped coriander and curry leaves, 2 tbsp chilli powder
