Steps to make Gobhi 65:
- Cut the cauliflower into florets. Soak in the hot water with little salt for 5 to 10 minutes, then drain water and keep aside.
- In wide vessel add curd, Ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin and Coriander powder,garam masala, salt, chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves. Mix all ingredients very well. Then add cauliflower in it.
- Mix it and keep the marinated cauliflower in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove marinated cauliflower from refrigerator. Add cornflour and rice flour in it. Mix it. Then add besan. Mix well coating flour uniformly.
- Deep fry in hot oil stirring occasionally. Drain off kitchen paper once Gobhi turns to crispy.
- Serve Gobhi 65 with tomato ketchup or schezwan sauce.
