- Heat oil in a non stick pan or wok and add the onions green chillies and curry leaves.
- Saute the onions for a while.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir until well mixed on high flame.
- Keep the flame on high for the next 3 to 4 minutes, making sure to keep stirring in between.
- Lower the flame and cover it.
- It will be done in 10 minutes. No need of adding any water.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot with rice or puris or chapatis.
