  1. Take boneless chicken cubes and either mince in a mixer grinder or buy chicken mince from market.Add lemon juice and little salt to the chicken mince and set aside for half hour.
  2. Add finely chopped onion to the chicken mince.Also add chopped green chillies,chopped coriander,fried and crushed curry leaves, salt to taste,red chilli powder,garam masala, tandoori masala,orange red food colour,bread crumbs or chickpea flour,rice flour or cornflour and mix with chicken mince.Add 1 beaten egg.
  3. Smear little oil on palm of hands and make balls out of the mashed lump.Heat oil in a wok and fry the balls till.crispy.Serve with any chutney of your choice be it tomato sauce,tamarind or coconut chutney.
