- Prepare 1 kg boneless chicken breast - cut in cubes

- Wash and drain the chicken (cubes).
- Add olive oil,yogurt, garlic, ginger, salt, meat curry powder,salt,turmeric,coriander leaves and lemon juice. Marinate for at least 6 hrs in the fridge.
- Heat up shallow pan. Add in the chicken marination and allow to cook for 20 to 25 mins on medium fire. Stir as and when. Add some water if needed.
- After the cooking process is done, make a burn charcoal over fire. Create a small muffin holder with an aluminum foil and place it in the middle of the pan. Place the charcoal on the aluminum foil and add one teaspoon of oil as it will release smoke then quicky cover the pan for 5 mins. The reason for this process is to get the BBQ(smoke aroma and taste). You can use cooking charcoal or smoke flavor from Arab groceries stores.
- Remove the charcoal foil.
- Serve the tandoori chicken with Olive oil rice, pitta and Mediterranean salad.
