- Mix grated cconut, green Chilli, Channe. Peanut.. Add little water and churn in mixi for chutney.. Then tak 1 teaspoon oil..heat it.. Add curry patta and rai.. And thn add it over chutney. Your coconut chutney is ready to eat
- Take pan.. Heat little oil.. Put Jeera.. Onion green Chilli and cook…thn add red Chilli powder.. Salt.. Haldi..and potao..Mix an cook 5 mins.. Your potao filling is ready for dosa
- At last take dosa tawa.. Grease it with oil and rubb with tissue paper.. Thn pour dosa batter in circulation motion.. Cook til it leaves it's sides automatically..
- Add potato masala and roll. Garnish with fresh corriender leaves.. Yum yum
