  22. Prepare 4 tbsp coconut oil
  23. Take 3 tbs turmind pulp

Prepared with fresh ground sambar masala and toor dal.   8. Take dal wash it, now take a cooker add dal and water as per required, half tbsp turmeric powder, half tbsp salt close the lid and turn on the flame cook up to 4 whistles.
  9. Check if dal is cooked properly.
  10. Now heat the frying pan add some oil then add mustard seeds, fenugreek, dry red chilli, some fresh curry patta, green chilli tempered it then add chopped onion stir it translucent then add lauki, sambhar masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, tomatoes mix properly on lower flame.
  11. Now add tamarind pulp, cooked dal and coconut milk mix properly now cover and cook for 5 to 10 mins on lower flame.
  12. Now ready it's to serve.
