- Prepare 1 cup Curd -

This instant handvo is a quick version of favorite Gujarati snack. Instant dhokla flour is mixed with vegetables and spices and cooked on skillet. Instructions to make Instant handvo:
- In a bowl mix together semolina / suji,curd,turmeric powder,chat masala,garam masala powder,salt,green chilli, coriander leaves and all veggies with enough water for a thick consistency and leave it aside for half an hour.
- Add eno fruit salt just before making handvo and mix well.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan.
- Add black mustard seeds and cumin seeds to crackle and add curry leaves.
- Pour the semolina / suji batter and let it cook on the low flame and covered
- Cook for 10 mins then flip over till golden brown and crispy.
- Cook again for 10 mins till brown and crispy.
- Serve hot
