Instructions to make Fish curry:
  1. In mixer jar add sliced dried coconut, Ginger Garlic paste, coriander leaves. Grind it, add little by little water in between  make fine coconut paste. Soak tamarind in water for half an hour, with your hand squeeze the pulp from tamarind, strain it and keep aside.
  2. Wash the fish pieces drain the extra water from it  and take out the fish pieces in bowl, add coconut paste, Tamarind pulp, chilly powder, salt and turmeric powder  mix well keep aside for 30 min.
  3. After 30 min add oil in pan when oil is heating up add chopped onion in it fry onion till golden brown in colour
  4. Then add marinated fish mix well with light hand cook for 5 min. Then add water mix with light hand add garam masala mix well close the lid cook for 5 min the switch off the flame.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot with Jowar Roti and Rice.
