Instructions to make Bottle Gourd Kofta Curry:
  1. Peel and grate bottle gourd squeeze the water completely and keep the water for making gravy.
  2. Take squeezed bottle gourd in a large bowl, add gram flour, ginger garlic paste, chopped onion, salt and few drops of water.
  3. Mix all ingredient well.
  4. Mixture should have a thick consistency to make kofta..
  5. Grease your palm with oil and make kofta round shape balls.
  6. Heat oil deep fry the kofta's. Drain excess oil.
  7. Heat 2 tsp oil, add cumin seeds saute add ginger garlic paste and onion stir for minute, add tomatoes.
  8. Add all the spices, curd and water cook on medium flame for 7-8 minutes.
  9. Add fried kofta balls to the gravy cook for 5-6 minutes and turn off flame.
  10. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
