  2. Get 1 big tomato
  3. Take 4 tsp yogurt

  2. Peel & cut potatoes into square shape..
  3. In pan add oil then add onion & fry it & take it out.. keep it aside.
  4. In same oil add ginger garlic paste & chicken & fry it for 5 min on medium flame.
  5. Blend tomatoes, fried onion & yogurt together to make fine paste..
  6. Now add all spices seasoning to chicken & cook it for 2 min then add onion, tomato & yogurt paste in it.
  7. Add potatoes & cook on high flame for 5 min till oil separates..then add 2 cups of water & cover it and cook till potatoes & chicken tender or soften, check potatoes by inserting knife in it..
  8. Yummy Aloo chicken salan ready, serve with roti chapati & also with rice..

Grind the cumin seeds, red chillies, cardamom seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks and peppercorn together to make a powder. Grind the poppy seeds and the cashew nuts together. Allow cooked curry to cool completely then transfer to a freezer appropriate container.
