- First put oil,jeera, curry leaves, and ginger garlic paste(fry it well) then add the onion puree (fry for 5 mins) tn only raw smell won't be tre )
- Tn add tomato puree (fry until raw smells goes) tn add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, salt and curry powder
- After adding spices let it boil for 5 mins,after that add capcicum(fry the capcicum separate), potato,and one glass of milk let it boil
- After that add cashew paste and panner (fry the panner in the ghee) let it boil for 5 to 7 mins,tn your curry is ready
I have learnt it from one of my Punjabi friend but I have changed a little bit. This curry can be used to prepare chapati rolls also.
