- Heat oil in a kadhai and fry pooris.
- For aloo tomato curry
- Turn on the flame heat a pressure cooker.
- Add oil and let it heat.
- Add chopped potatoes and fry it for 2-3mnutes on medium flame and take it out.
- Add oil again in the pressure cooker add ginger green chilli and fry it for few seconds.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, add tomatoes mix well and cook it for 2-3minutes on medium flame.
- Open the lid stir it add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder mix it well.
- Cook it till the tomatoes turns soft.
- Add fried potatoes mix it well, add 1glass water, salt, coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Close the lid and cook it for 2 whistles, turn off the flame and let it cool.
