- In a bowl mix wheat flour, gram flour, all the spices, chilli ginger paste, lemon juice, oil, Coriander leaves chopped, grated bottle gourd and salt.
- Now boil water in a big pan and over it place a cooker dabba and cover it with a lid.
- Apply oil to your palm and make cylindrical roll of the dough and place on the steamer for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Let them.cool completely and cut them in small slices.
- For tempering: In a small pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, Sesame seeds, curry leaves and Red dry chilli.
- When the mustard seeds crackle add all other ingredients and pour this tempering over the muthais.
- Transfer the muthais in a serving plate.
- Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves.
