  2. Cook covered for a while and when the squid is almost cooked open lid cook so that the water completely evaporates. (You may increase the flame well if water is too much).Make sure you saute in between.
  3. When the water is almost evaporated add curry leaves and saute again. Add the coconut oil now and saute again.
  4. Once the water is gone add the onion and a bit of salt to this. Saute well till onion becomes brown and almost like fried. Add coriander leaves and remove from fire. Serve with rice, chappatis.
