Steps to make Spicy Kozhukattai Sundal:
- Grind coconut, red chilli and ginger to a very thick paste by adding little water. Keep aside. In a mixing bowl, mix together rice flour, salt and the ground coconut paste.
- Add hot water little by little and make a dough. Roll into small balls and keep aside. Grease idli mould or steaming tray with oil and place the balls on them and steam them for 15 minutes
- Temper using mustard, curry leaves and red chilli.
