  5. Once lauki is cooked in the wok,add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp red chilli powder,1 TSP coriander powder,1 TSP green chilli ginger garlic paste,salt and saute well.
  6. Add water and wait for boiling.
  7. Drop small dumplings of palak mixture in the boiling lauki gravy and boil it for 10-15 min.
  8. Once the balls are cooked,ready to serve curry.
