- Take a bowl add wheat flour,suji,besan,ginger paste,chopped green chilli,grated lauki,turmeric powder,sugar,salt,baking soda,coriander leaves and mix well.

- Grease oil in a palm and make cylinderical shape muthiya and steam for 20 mins.
- Once cooled cut into pieces
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add curry leaves,asafoetida,cumin seeds,black mustard seeds and sesame seeds to crackle.
- Add lauki muthia.salt,lemon juice and green coriander leaves and mix well and cook for five mins.
- Lauki muthia is ready to serve.
