- Prepare 6 garlic cloves
- Get 1/2 inch ginger
- Prepare 1 tbsp tamarind
- Prepare 1 tbsp jaggery
- Get 4 hot red chillies
- Get to taste Salt
- Take For tempering :
- Make ready 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Prepare 1/4 tsp cumin
- Take 1 broken red chilli
- Prepare 1/2 tsp urad dal / black gram
- Take 1/2 tsp chana dal / bengal gram
- Take 1 pinch hing / asafoetida
- Prepare 1 tsp oil
- Prepare For coconut chutney :
- Prepare 1/2 coconut
- Get 1/4 cup Dalia (roasted gram dal)
- Get 3 green chillies
- Take 10-12 curry leaves
- Get 1 tsp salt
- Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar
- Make ready as needed Water to grind
- Prepare For tempering :
- Get 1 tsp urad dal / black gram lentil
- Get 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Prepare 1 broken red chilli
Firstly, take a bowl, into it add sooji/rava, add rice flour, all purpose flour/maida. Add finely chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds, very finely chopped onion, very finely chopped green chillies. Add salt according to taste, chopped curry leaves, crushed ginger. Add yogurt and mix up all the ingredients.

- Add all ingredients except water coriander and onions to a bowl
- Add water and mix well. Now add the chopped coriander and onion
- Add more water and make a thin batter. Leave covered for 15 to 20 minutes
- Heat a dosa tawa and apply oil all over,spread with cut half of a onion. This makes the dosa to easily leave the surface of tawa.
- Pour laddle of batter stirring first,from the sides then fill in the middle
- Drizzle with little more oil as the dosa roasts on medium to high flame
- Fold and serve with both chutneys.
- For peanut chutney roast all ingredients with 1 tsp oil. Grind with sufficient water and temper. Mix well
- For coconut chutney grind all ingredients with roasted curry leaves. Temper. Mix.
Add salt according to taste, chopped curry leaves, crushed ginger. Add yogurt and mix up all the ingredients. Grease a non stick griddle with oil.
