- Add the minced sauce to the yam and mix until everything is integrated. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Rub a bit of oil between your palms and using a small icecream scoop or tablespoon, scoop up the yam mixture into your hands and roll into golf sized balls.
- Heat up a pan with oil(about 2-3 inches of oil). Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside. Coat the yam ball with the egg, followed by a bit of ground golden morn, then fry in the oil until all sides are golden brown. Drain on some paper towel to remove the excess oil. Serve with a side of chili sauce. I served mine with pepper soup. Enjoy!
