- For Tempering:-Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, chana dal, curry leaves and dry red chillies to it and fry until dal turns golden brown.
- Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and fry for a minute.
- Now add the steamed ball, fresh coriander and lemon juice and toss well. Serve hot.
