- Boiled mutton with salt, onion, ginger and garlic paste on 5 6 whistle.
- Khas khas, cashew, peanuts, gram dal, sesame seeds, kashmiri Mirch, cloves, black pepper Grind these into fine powder and you can store it for month in refrigerator.
- Heat oil in wok and crackle curry leaves and bay leaves.
- Add grinded powder say about a big bowl and saute for 4-5mins till you get aroma. - Add 1 glass coconut milk in that and add boiled meat and the boiled mutton stock also. let it cook for about 20 mins.
- Add the tamarind pulp in between taste according let it boil fr some more 10 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and Serve with naan or roti.
- Suggestion:- Add water according to the gravy you want but remember it should not be very thin gravy
