Steps to make Banjara Mutton Gosht Curry:
  1. Heat 2 tbsp homemade ghee in a pan. Add the whole spices and saute.
  2. Then add 2 dry red chilies, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 cup chopped onion and let the onions turn soft and pink.
  3. Remove half of the roasted chopped onions and blend it in a mixer using water. Add it in the pan.
  4. Add the mutton pieces, 1 tbsp homemade yogurt and saute till the yogurt leaves it's raw taste.
  5. Add 2 bowls mutton stock. Cover and let it come to a boil.
  6. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt as per taste, 1 tbsp cumin-coriander seeds powder. Cover and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Then add 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 1 tbsp homemade ghee.
  8. Cover and let it again simmer for 2-3 minutes. Then open the lid, mix well, remove from flame and serve hot.
