- Heat the kadai,add oil, bitter gourd and fry them. Close the lid cook 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomato, green chilli and mix them
- Add water and boiled them.
- Add Turmeric powder, chilli powder,rasam powder, dry mango powder,salt and Jaggery.
- Add peanuts powder,and add water, adjust rasam consistency.
- Add coriander leaves.and mix.
- Heat tadka pan add Oil, mustard, bydagi chilli asafoetida and curry leaves and fry. Tempering ready and Add to rasam.
