- After 5 minutes open the lid add 1tbsp of jaggery powder mix well add mashed toovar Dal water and cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes add water as per requirement and finely chopped coriander leaves boil rasam for another 5 minutes and turn of flame serve hot.
