- Get 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- Get 1 Tsp Mustard seeds
- Get 2 Tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions to make Oats Dudhi Muthia:
- In a bowl add Dudhi, sesame seeds,carrom seeds, asafetida, red chilli powder, turmeric, sugar, salt, coriander powder and coriander. Mix it and keep it aside for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes add curds, oil and flours and knead it into the dough. You can add little water if required. Knead it properly and apply oil over the dough.
- Make small cylindrical shaped Muthia's. Grease a perforated steamer plate place these Muthias over it and steam it for 15 minutes on high flame. You can use idli pot for steaming.
- Once the Muthias get steamed properly remove it and allow it to cool. Then cut it into small discs.
- For Tempering- Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, asafetida, sesame seeds, curry leaves allow it to splutter.
- Then add in the Muthias and saute it for 3-4 minutes on a high flame.
- Just before serving sprinkle some chat masala over it and serve it with fresh Mint chutney. This lip-smacking snack is very healthy you can even store it for a week. Do try this recipe.
