- Add all above-mentioned spices in it with half glass of water. - Let it boiled on medium flame till becomes thick gravy. - Then add kofta in it and mix it well. - Let it cook on low flame for 2 minutes. - Check out that gravy is in proper consistency. - If not add little water to make it little thin gravy. - Finally off the gas and add fresh cream to it. - Mix well and take it out in a bowl and decorate it with coriander leaves. - And enjoy this delicious sabji with roti or paratha.
