  15. Get 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  16. Make ready 3 Sabut lal mirch
  17. Make ready Curry leaves 5 to 6
  18. Prepare 1/4 cup Oil
  19. Take 2 Chapati

Steps to make Lauki Chana Daal Meal:
  1. Wash and Soak chana daal for half hour
  2. Put adequate amount of water in daal and put on stove. Add to it ginger garlic paste, finely chopped tomatoes, curry leaves, red chilli, haldi and salt.
  3. Let it cook until the daal is tender.
  4. Separately in a pot add water and let the lauki boil and get half tender.
  5. When the daal is tender add lauki to it, and cook until lauki is fully cooked. Add water if needed.
  6. Add roasted cumin black pepper and garam masala and put on dum for 10 minutes.
  7. Prepare baghar by adding oil, then lal sabut mrch then garlic and curry leaves.
  8. Pour the baghar over the daal and cover with lid. Switch off stove.
  9. Serve with chapati and salad❤
