Heat the ghee in a pan and add in the mustard seeds and cumin seeds along with the dried red chillies. It purely depends on your taste that.   4. The chicken is done. Now we need to dry toss it. For that in a kadhaai(wok), add oil. Once it's hot, add garlic, curry leaves and green chillies. Fry it for a minute and then add the chicken pieces into it and toss them all well. Finally add some pepper powder and toss again.
  5. Take it out in a plate and if you like, you can squeeze some lemon on top as well. Serve it hot.
