  2. Take 10 red kashmiri chilles
  3. Make ready 5 guntur red chilles
  4. Make ready 2 tsp mustard seeds

  6. Make ready 2 tsp cumin /jeera
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds /methi
  8. Get 2 tsp pepper
  9. Get 1 tsp turmeric

  11. Make ready 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
  12. Make ready For tempering
  13. Prepare 2 onion finely chopped
  14. Get Few curry leaves finely chopped
  15. Take Few coriander leaves finely chopped
  16. Get 1 sprig spring onion greens
  17. Get 1/2 tsp Chicken Maggi cube
  18. Get 2 tbsp oil
  19. Make ready 2-3 drops Orange red food colour (opt)
  20. Get Salt as per taste
  21. Prepare 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  22. Make ready 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  23. Make ready 500 grams boneless chicken (cut into small size pieces)
Instructions to make Chicken 88:
  1. In a mixer grinder add all the items for masala paste add little water and make fine paste
  2. Apply salt and 1tbsp masala paste, pinch orange red food colour, to chkn and marinate fr 20mins
  3. After 20mins heat 1tbsp oil in pan add chkn and fry pieces of chkn for 10mins
  4. Heat 2tbsp oil in another wok add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves fry for 2 mins,onion,next add 3 tbsp masala paste and fry for 10mins till oil seprates frm masala paste
  5. Next add fried chkn, orange red colour, a pinch salt, chkn maggi cube, 1tbsp tomato ketchup, 1tsp kitchen king masala, add 1/4cup water spring onion greens
  6. Cover and cook on medium flame fr 10 mins
  7. Next remove lid and cook till masala coats well on chkn
  8. Off the gas
  9. Note - u can use more or less masala paste as per ur taste
  10. If ur masala paste is left than u can preserve this in refrigerator fr 2 weeks
  11. If u dont hv guntur chilles thn u can add 5 more Kashmir chilles
  12. Chicken 88 is ready to serve
