Chicken sukka recipe is made by using chicken, onions and coconut paste, curry leaves and cooking the chicken which has a semi gravy consistency. Chicken sukka (sukha) from coastal, western India is a dry dish with very little gravy, combining elements and ingredients of both the Malabari and Goan styles of cooking. Sukka/ Chukka refers to dry stir fries and can be made with either meat or veggie. My favorite choice of meat is chicken and I'm soooooooo addicted to my moms chicken.
Instructions to make Chicken sukkha:
- Take chicken add all marination ingredients mix well and put it in fridge for two hours
- For masala take a heavy bottom kadai add oil then add onion paste to it then fry till oil separate
- Then add dry masala,turmeric,Coriander powder,chilli powder and garavan masala mix well
- Cook till all masala leaves oil then add marinated chicken cook ten min on high flame then in low flame for atleast 20 mins but don't add water in this..check it if your chicken is not done cook till your chicken become soft….just stir it if stick on bottom add just lil bit of water not too much…enjoy with naan and rice😊😊
