- Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan once hot add Dalia and roast, then add one by one peanuts, green chillies, curry leaves, and cashewnuts roast and drain and set aside.
- In the same oil add murmura, salt, chaat masala, sugar, red chilli powder and mix well.
- Add all roasted ingridents and mix well and allow to roast on low flame for 2 minutes.
- Turn off flame and allow to come to room temperature. Add spicy namkeen mixture and mix well.
- Store in airtight container. Enjoy with tea.
