  8. Now add 2 more green chilies with chaat masala and then add 2 cups water.
  9. Bring the water to boil and then cover with lid and simmer for 2 minutes at low flame.
  10. After 2 minutes, uncover and add fresh coriander. Now again cover and simmer for more 2 minutes at low flame. This step will bring out the flavours of coriander nicely in oats.
  11. After 2 minutes, uncover and close gas. Squeeze lemon juice and mix. Serve hot and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
