Curry Preparation for Lauki Kofta: Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and fry it for few seconds on medium flame. Reduce the flame to low, add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix it.   6. Add 1+1/2 glass of water and give it a boil. Add 1tsp sugar.
  7. Add koftas and cook till thicken.
  8. Add 1 Tbsp cream and ready to serve. Garnish it with little cream.
