- Prepare 1/2 cup peanut
- Make ready 1/2 cup cubed onion
- Get 3/4 tsp cumin
- Get 2 springs curry leaves
- Prepare 1-2 garlic cloves
- Prepare tarmarind paste

- Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions and slit green chillies for 3 to 4 mins

- Blend them together with salt and water,if using fries gram and tamarind paste, you can add them to the far
- Serve peanut chutney with dosa,idli and uthapam.
