- Take 1/3 cup cashew nuts
- Take 1/3 cup milk
- Take 1/3 cup milk powder
- Take 2 tablespoon powdered sugar

- Make ready 1/2 tsp crushed cardamom seeds
- Get 1/4 tsp green food colour
- Get 1/2 tsp honey
- Prepare 4 cloves for garnishing
- Get 4 curry leaves (for garnishing)
Instructions to make Kaju Ke Sitaphal:
- Dry roast the cashew nuts for 3-4 minutes & then grind them into a fine powder
- Take the cashew powder into a bowl & add the milk powder, milk and powdered sugar
- Then add the ghee & mix everything very well
- Heat this mixture into a pan & stir the mixture until it starts to form a soft dough
- Then mix the crushed cardamom seeds & turn off the flame
- Let the mixture cool down to room temperature & then make few small balls out of it
- Take few balls onto your palm & press them together gently in order to give them the shape of custard apple (Sitaphal). Repeat the same & prepare few more sitaphal
- Mix the green food colour with the honey. If you are using gel food colour then skip this step
- Now roll all the kaju sitaphal into the colour mixture
- Gently press a clove on top of each sitaphal
- Lastly press a curry leaf at one side of each sitaphal & now they are ready to enjoy
