  2. Make ready 1 bowl sour curd
  3. Take 1 tsp coriander powder
  4. Take 1/2 pinch hing
  5. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Take 2 tsp salt
  7. Prepare 1 tsp methi daana
  8. Take 2 dry red chilli
  9. Make ready 1 tsp jeera
  10. Get as needed curry patta
  11. Prepare 1 tsp haldi powder
  12. Take 1 tbsp ghee
  13. Prepare as needed Oil for frying
  14. Make ready 4 boiled potatoes
  15. Get 1 tbsp ghee
  16. Make ready 1/2 tsp jeera
  17. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  18. Make ready to taste Salt
  19. Prepare 1/2 tsp dhania powder
  20. Take 1 pinch hing
  21. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  22. Get 1 tsp chat masala
  23. Prepare 1tsp oil
  24. Prepare 1 bowl rice
Instructions to make Kadhi, Chawal and Sukhe Aloo:
  1. First to make pakoras, take a mixing bowl and put half of the besan in it.
  2. Now add half tspn of salt,half tspn chilli powder and half tspn hing to it.
  3. Mix it by adding water to it.
  4. Batter should not be runny.
  5. Now heat the oil for it.
  6. When heated, make pakoras and drop them in the heated oil.
  7. Deep fry them from both the sides.
  8. When it starts turning brown, then remove the pakoras from the oil on the absorbent paper.
  9. Our Pakodas are ready for the kadhi.
  10. Now to make kadhi, take a mixing bowl by adding besan to it.
  11. Now add one and half tspn salt, sour curd, 1 tspn dhania powder and haldi powder to it.
  12. Mix it properly by blender and add water to it.
  13. Again blend it and after blending add methi dana.
  14. Now take a heavy bottom pan and pour all this batter in it.
  15. Stirr it continously so that it does not get burnt from the bottom.
  16. When it comes to first boil then leave it and lower the flame.
  17. But keep stirring after every 4 to 5 mins.
  18. After 20 to 25 mins, switch off the flame.
  19. Now put all the pakoras in the kadhi.
  20. For tempering, take a small pan and put ghee in it.
  21. When heated add hing, broken dry red chilli, jeera,curry patta and red chilli powder to it.
  22. Pour this tempering on the Kadhi.
  23. Our kadhi is ready.
  24. And for rice, use basic recipe for it.
  25. Wash, soak and boil it.
  26. For sukhe aloo, peel the boiled potatoes.
  27. Cut into cubes.
  28. Take a kadai and heat it by adding oil in it.
  29. Now add hing, jeera and aloo in it.
  30. Mix it and add red chilli powder, salt, chat masala, dhania powder and garam masala to it.
  31. Mix it very well so that they are combined to each other.
  32. When the masala is coated on aloo and gets crispy then switch off the flame.
  33. This Kadhi Chawal and Sukhe Aloo combination goes very well including salad and chapatis.
  34. It's up to your choice.
